What is a SMART GOAL?
Today let’s talk about goals! Every goal you have be it lose weight, improve your cognition, reduce inflammation, improve energy… MUST start with a goal.
Goals should be SMART –
Every goal should be Specific – name exactly what you want to do.
Every goal should be Measurable – this will lay the map of how you do this.
Every goal should be Attainable – Make sure it is realistic and you can do it.
Every goal should be Relevant, Realistic and Research based – your goals must be aligned with your values and desires.
Finally, each goal should be Time based – over what time frame will you achieve these goals.
Remember this SMART acronym and you can lay a foundation so solid that you will reach your goal!
