HYDROTHERAPY

WATER THERAPY TO ACCELERATE HEALING

Your body deserves to be nurtured.

=

Is stress or tension blocking your ability to get better?

=

Are you sensitive to many treatments and need gentle nurturing?

=

Do you feel like you need to slow down and give your body space to heal?

Hydrotherapy supports healing from the inside out.

Constitutional hydrotherapy has been used for thousands of years as a traditional naturopathic modality. It’s based on the concept that alternating hot and cold water treatments promote healthy circulation throughout the body and all of its organs.

Hydrotherapy promotes detoxification and is especially helpful to support immune function, digestive health, respiratory health, and more.

Get Comfortable in the Room

Hydrotherapy is done in a private room with a relaxing and massage-like environment. You will be kept covered and modest with a gown and blankets but will need to remove all clothing on the upper half of your body and your socks.

Alternating Hot & Cold Towels

Constitutional Hydrotherapy is done with a series of hot and cold towels on your chest and back. An e-stim/TENS unit is used in two phases. We use Eldorado Springs water on the towels and have relaxing music playing.

Relax & Rejuvenate

Hydrotherapy works by stimulating your lymphatic system and your circulation, promoting your body to heal from the inside out. It is an enjoyable treatment that is great for your overall health!
