Homeopathic Remedy: Glonoinum

I ask my patients for a remedy that is in the kit I have in my office for my patients to showcase. This month I was asked to talk about Glonoinum. This is a remedy with the most violent kind of headache. This headache will be throbbing and bursting, much like Belladonna however they will complain that it feels like their brain is too large for their skull. A person with this kind of headache can’t tolerate the heat or sun in the slightest. The headache can be so violent that they appear dazed and maybe confused, for example a well known street may seem foreign to them when driving home. There will be a sensation that they feel every beat of the heart through the entire body and in some cases you can see the arteries in the neck pulsating. This is a violent headache, if this kind of headache does not get better quickly then it is probably a good idea to seek urgent medical attention.
