Time saving tips for quick and healthy meal prep!

There are plenty of tips and tricks that I can share with you, but today I will share with you my two favorites…Click this link to learn some tips!

Store individually portioned meals in glass containers and keep in the fridge for quick on the go ready made meals! It will keep you on track and prevents temptation! I also love to prepare veggies ahead of time!  You can wash and chop your veggies and store in airtight containers in the fridge to use throughout the week!

Another great option is using a slow cooker or pressure cooker because it comes in handy when you don’t want to babysit your meals!
