This week, we’re sharing a recipe for a Power-Detox Salad to get you through this Holiday Season! Keep your immune system in check, energy high, and skin glowing!

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Large Golden Beet
• 1 Large Red Beet
• 4 Large Carrots
• 1 inch fresh peeled ginger
• 2-4 Garlic Cloves 
• 1 Red Onion
• 2 tsp of organic sea salt
• 1/4 tsp organic cayenne pepper/black pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• garnish with parsley &/or cilantro

 
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
 

Spiralize, chop, or grate all veggies

Combine ingredients into a large bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, cayenne

Add fresh parsley &/or cilantro over top

*Enjoy it as a meal over greens, beans, or rice or partner it with your main course
